We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative/Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of solution based selling, and a strong desire to help these dental practices succeed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating new leads and sales opportunities by contacting potential dental practices through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored marketing solutions to help them grow their practices.
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to demonstrate the value of our marketing services and solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborating with our internal marketing and client services teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of our marketing solutions.
  • Continuously improving your knowledge of the dental practice financials, marketing trends, and our product offerings to better serve clients and stay competitive.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting your sales activities to management.

Job Summary:
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (quota attainment), using solution based selling and consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ability to leverage our remote tools: Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, etc.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services and solutions, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website design.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to embody our just cause and core values.
